The Advanced Level requires spinal flexibility, excellent
abdominal control as well as wrist and shoulder stability and
strength, excellent coordination and the ability to follow
direction to be able to handle the Intermediate/Advanced Pilates
Reformer exercises. The advanced exercises are challenging and
often weight-bearing exercises demanding strong wrists, shoulders
and a healthy spine. Your teacher may select any exercise from the
vast repertoire of Reformer exercises to challenge you!
Permission from 2 different teachers is required to be tagged Level 2
