Even on an individual basis, our knees are often not symmetrical.
In this workshop, learn how to take care of one of the body's most
critical joints, in order to remain pain-free on and off the
mat.
Bring a cushion or Blanket, yoga blocks, strap,
yoga mat, notebook.
