What to Expect: The Hot Buti experience will bring
all of the core elements of Buti Yoga® with an increased
temperature and an emphasis on balancing asanas to challenge the
mind and body! The temperature turns up and the pace slows down:
removing cardio bursts and focusing on balancing, stretching, and
optional inversions. Students will leave class with a deeper
self-awareness for both on and off the mat.
How to Prepare:
Wear: Minimal, lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing. No
shoes.
