Are you ready for some you-time with an extra set of hands to help with that little one? You’ll love our Parent and Babe class! This drop-in is everything you need – equal parts conditioning for postpartum bodies, pole or aerial instruction and social hour. This time is yours, whether exercising, hanging upsidedown, nursing/feeding, playing or napping.

Parents are welcome to bring equipment + baby gear of their own.

Studio supplies: clean toys, tumbling mats, closed playyard for mobile babies, and an instructor happy to hold, sooth and entertain your little one while you are in the air!
