Vertical Fit : Introis a fun, flirty and exciting fitness based
class that is perfect for anyone who wants a full body workout or
if you are looking to advance in your vertical fitness
journey.
Everyone starts at this level no matter what your fitness level is.
You will be focusing on building your upper body, core and lower
body strength, as well as working on beginner spins on a static
pole, floor work, how to walk, and more. Clients will have to take
this class a minimum of 1-5 times, depending on fitness
ability, in order to move on to more advanced Vertical Fitness
classes. Always check with your instructor and ask if you are ready
to move to the next level.
Attire: Yoga/workout attire. Tennis Shoes or Barefoot
