The combination of passive(yin) and vigorous (yang) yoga
practices, is rooted in the idea that, in order to create balance
in your overall practice, you need to alternately exert and quiet
yourself. The “yang” practice consists primarily of a flowing
sequences of standing postures, much like an extended Sun
Salutation. The “yin” sequences targets the deep, dense connective
tissues- the tendons, ligaments and cartilage and activates the the
movement of prana or “life force” through the core of the body.
Recommended for all levels.
