Kundalini is a meditative yoga that pulls the
energy that lies dormant at the base of our spine up to the crown
of our heads, creating an upward flow of energy and balancing our
chakras and energetic bodies. This free flow of energy through the
chakras leads to an expanded state of consciousness.
New in 2023! Each month this class will focus on a
new theme to help you create routines, deepen your practice, and
further your understanding of Kundalini. For the month of January,
our focus will be reducing anxiety. Classes this
month will focus on the practice of
Kirtan Kriya which brings mental balance. Kirtan Kriya employs
mantra, mudra, voice and visualization. Kirtan Kriya is known to increase mood, reduce
tension and stress and relieve depressive
symptoms.
