Join us for a two hour journey exploring the counterbalances to our fast-paced world. This workshop will incorporate Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and opportunities for personal reflection. It's a wonderful workshop for anyone who’s interested in taking an opportunity to slow down, move inward, find stillness, and learn more about the power of Yin. We hope each person will walk away from this workshop feeling a strong sense of balance and self-connectedness. Please bring a journal and pen, and any props that will keep you comfortable (examples are pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows).
