What is a sound
bath?
Various instruments such as crystal
sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes are played to create a rich,
deep tone that aligns the body and mind through vibration. The
crystal singing bowls represent seven different chakras/energy
centers that resonate with our body's internal crystalline
structures.
