area of your body that needs some strengthening? This class
will target the major areas of the body used in pole & area
arts: shoulders, abs, hips. Exercises will be performed on
the ground using body weight, bands, and fitness balls, as well as
on pole and aerial equipment as needed. No experience needed
in pole, aerial fabric, or lyra. Max cap: 6.
