This Class is a high intense cardio burn session which includes movements and body weight exercises on the cycling bike while moving to the beat of the music. You do not have to participate in the body movement. The ride will also include a song with free weights. Come get your Sweat Sesh on today!! Spd cleats recommended for the ride.
