Pilates Springboard Classic Mixed is a full-body Pilates class
using the Balanced Body
Springboard to develop strength, control, mobility, and
coordination. Exercises draw
from classical Pilates repertoire adapted for spring resistance,
combining mat-based
and upright work in a structured, flowing format.

Springboard, mat, Intro Private 3 Pack or Fundamentals workshops
before attending
Mixed-level classes.
