This is an online class. You will recieve a link to join class via Zoom a few minutes before the start of class.
Level 1 &
2
Start here if you have
some current , on-going yoga experience. You're not necessarily a
beginner but a bit more. Classes are moderately paced with plenty
of personalized attention and detailed instructions. We'll tell you
exactly what to do, how to do it, what not to do and more. So you
walk away from every class not only feeling great but also with
more clarity about yoga itself.
In our level 1 & 2
classes you'll have plenty of options to pick from and detailed
guidance from your instructors. Moderately paced class with prop
usage.
What to bring
or know...
- Bring a non-skid yoga mat. Avoid these type of mats.
- Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely
- Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class
- Class is bare feet
- Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before each class to settle in
- Yoga props will be provided in studio
