<p class="p1"><span class="s1">’Chaturanga Dandasana’ is a yogi push-up found within a vinyasa sequence. Often, there are multiple chaturangas in a vinyasa yoga class which can either make or break your physical practice.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In this 90 minute workshop, we will break down the movements of a chaturanga to build strength and stability in the upper body while supporting the low back and wrist joints. Whether you are just starting out in your yoga journey or looking to advance your physical yoga practice, this workshop can benefit you! Learn how to build strength for the full pose with modifcations along with how to transition into and out of a chaturanga. For the life-long-yogi we will be going over how to safely spice-up your chaturangas with fun add-ons. Yoga is a journey, not a destination! Bring your mat, a pen and notebook and I’ll meet you on the path! </span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The workshop will begin with tea, we willbreak-down of the postures and (of time) end with all-level vinyasa flow movement to put what you learned into practice! Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing appropriate for Asana, a journal and pen, and water. </span></p>
