This 45 minute practice will allow you to let go, de stress, and re balance the body, mind and spirit! Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a profound meditative practice that is guided to create a safe place for you to just be. This practice can help with physical relaxation, sleep, and feelings of stress, and much more! In person participates, please come with a mat and a blanket/anything you may need to be comfortable some props will be provided as needed.
