A gentle, flowing Physio led Pilates class suitable for all, including those less mobile and a great place to start if you are a a complete beginner. The controlled pace is perfect for those recovering from pain or injury and exercises can be modified by the instructor who is an experienced Physiotherapist.
You will get to grips with the basics of Pilates and enjoy a mix of flowing movements that will improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.
Different Pilates props are used to provide both support and optional challenges to ensure an enjoyable and varied class each week.
