You've learned some poses, earned some bruises, and now you're ready for more challenging material. Short sequences and more complicated poses and combinations are explored in this class, and there is greater emphasis on aesthetics and technique (read: point your toes and straighten your legs).
If you've never taken an aerial silks class before, even if you've done dance or gymnastics, we still recommend that you take some beginner classes first so that you can get used to the apparatus and learn the basics. Not sure which session you should join? Email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask!
Online preregistration is required for all classes. No walk-in’s will be allowed.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, have been ill within the last 14 days, have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to someone who has tested positive to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or are waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test, please refrain from entering the studio and attending classes.
