<p>The reason for embarking on your yoga journey is different from person to person. Regardless of the reason, we are happy to introduce you to the power of yoga. This class is designed for complete beginners, people that after a long break but want to get back into yoga; or experienced yogis that want to get back to their roots. In this class the student will learn the basic principles of alignment and technique, while slowly stretching and strengthening the body with the use of props. We will explore breathing techniques, meditation and how to personalize our practice. Build your foundation while having fun. *This class is for all levels - if you are experienced you will learn how to transition from pose to pose at a higher level. </p>
