Must Bring A Yoga Mat.
A class focused on flexibility, splits training, low flow flexibility moves, or a combination of all 3. Each week will vary. Any workout clothing is fine. Bring a yoga mat.
Open for all levels. Please keep in mind that in the pole
dance world, the phrase “All Levels” means ANYONE is able attend
the class, however, there may be some things you can’t do
yet. We will give you
modifications! Because pole can be challenging, it’s important to
keep a positive attitude and know that
progress takes time.
