Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, blood vessels, and nerves. When it's healthy, fascia allows your muscles to slide and glide as you move. But when your fascia gets tight and stuck, it can restrict your movement. In this class, you'll learn how to release the layers of fascia in your body using special props, techniques, and yoga poses. We will also practice mindful ways to move that are healthy and safe for your hips, knees, and low back. Everyone is welcome.
