This is a class to have fun and work together on the crazy stuff! Feel free to bring requests to your coach, just make sure to give ahead of time if possible :)
We will do conditioning, and progressions toward high level of difficulty pole moves. This class is intended for advanced students (~level 3+ and up) with a healthy sense of their own ability. Come with the expectation that you will not be able to nail every move as the moves will likely span very different strength/flexibility types.
Attire: Please wear either clean sneakers or bare feet to class, workout clothes that you can move freely in, shorts, and a top that allows for skin access to the waist and tops of your shoulders.
Please be at least a level 4 or be willing to only be able to attempt the basics of any pose worked on in this class.
