In this more restorative class the yogi will journey through a
number of asanas that are designed to create space in the joints
that are most affected in our day to day living. Focusing on our
breath helps us to calm the mind so the body can repair itself. You
will be gently guided through stretches and breathing techniques
leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed as if waking up from
a long deep sleep. Use of props such as blankets, straps, blocks,
etc are encouraged to achieve the most beneficial pose for the
individual. Discover your self and your body and get
