This three-part wellness workshop series is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself throughout the early months of the year. Each workshop offers a supportive, cozy space to check in—mentally, emotionally, and energetically—using simple, practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
Across the series, you’ll explore mindfulness, self-care practices, grounding rituals, reflection, and intention-setting. Through guided activities, light discussion, and moments of quiet reflection, these workshops encourage you to make yourself a priority, release what no longer serves you, and realign with what you want more of in your life.
✨ Each workshop can be attended individually or as part of the full series, allowing you to join in a way that best fits your schedule and needs.
No experience required—just come as you are. Bring cozy layers, an open mind, and a willingness to pause and reconnect.
Sunday January 25 – Intention Setting & Visioning
This guided workshop is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally set the tone for the year ahead. Through mindfulness and guided visualization, you’ll be supported in letting go of what no longer serves you and connecting with a clear vision of what you want more of in your life.
You’ll then bring those intentions to life through a relaxed, creative vision board experience—focused on expression rather than perfection. This session is designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and alignment, while creating a tangible reminder of your intentions that you can return to throughout the year.
Sunday February 15 – Mindfulness & Self-Care
This cozy, restorative workshop is designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. We’ll explore gentle mindfulness practices, short guided meditation, and mental health check-in exercises that you can use beyond the workshop to support emotional awareness and balance.
You’ll also be introduced to affirmations and simple habit-building strategies that encourage consistency without pressure. This session is about learning how to prioritize yourself, tune into what you need, and build sustainable self-care practices that fit into real life.
Sunday March 29 – Wellness Cleansing & Grounding
Aligned with the energy of the Spring Equinox, this workshop focuses on renewal, balance, and grounding. It offers space to check back in with yourself and reflect on the intentions you set earlier in the year—what’s working, what needs adjusting, and what you’re ready to release.
Through grounding rituals, gratitude practices, and guided reflection, you’ll reset your energy and reconnect with a sense of balance and clarity. This session is designed to help you move into the next season feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned with where you’re headed.
