We live in a society that has conditioned us to move at lightning
speed. To see consumption and production as our purpose and end
goal. While it’s easy to get swept up in the road that’s traveled
rapidly, pressing pause and taking a beat is where it’s at. Join us
for a grounding pause in the middle of the day in Sacred Circle.
Gather around an altar with aromatherapy sprays, oracle cards, and
open-hearted humans. There will be divine bits of wisdom
surrounding our theme offered by our facilitator, Steph Trzaska,
along with invitations for self-inquiry, group sharing, and a
restorative meditation and sound bath. Bring a journal and
pen. Tea, yoga mats, blankets, and cushions provided.
