Join us Friday, April 3rd at 6:00 PM for a special collaboration between Revive Indoor Cycling and AIMWell Yoga. This unique experience begins with a 30-minute indoor cycling ride, a high-energy, rhythm-based workout designed to build endurance, strengthen your legs and core, and get your heart pumping in a fun, supportive environment.
After the ride, transition from movement into deep rest as Vera Galaxy guides you through a 30-minute sound bath, using calming vibrations and tones to help your body recover, regulate your nervous system, and bring your mind back to a grounded, peaceful state.

Who it’s for:
Women beginning to experience hormonal shifts, irregular cycles,
mood changes, sleep disruption, or those wanting to better
understand perimenopause before it begins.
What to expect:
This session focuses on cooling, calming, and stabilizing the body. You’ll
explore gentle, supportive movement paired with breathwork
techniques designed to regulate heat, reduce stress, and support
hormonal balance. We’ll also open space for honest conversation
around what’s changing in the body—and how to respond with care
instead of confusion.
The benefit:
Leave with tangible tools to manage symptoms, regulate your nervous
system, and feel more in control of your body as it transitions
into a new phase.
Spring is a season of renewal—and this is your invitation to refresh your wardrobe, your home goods, and your sense of connection. The Spring Swap & Shoppe is a community-centered gathering designed to help you clear out what no longer serves you and make space for something new (to you).
Held at the Wellness Annex, this event blends sustainability, accessibility, and joy. Bring gently used clothing, accessories, books, or small home items to swap with others, and browse thoughtfully curated goods from local vendors offering wellness-forward and creative finds.
This isn’t fast fashion or pressure-filled shopping—it’s intentional exchange, community conversation, and the simple pleasure of discovering something unexpected.
What to expect:
-
Community swap tables (bring items, take items—easy and welcoming)
-
Local vendors + small-batch goods
-
A relaxed, social third-space vibe
-
Opportunities to connect with others who value wellness and sustainability
Who it’s for:
Anyone ready to declutter, refresh for spring, and participate in a
more mindful way of consuming. You don’t need to bring items to
enjoy the space—curiosity is enough.
✨ Less waste. More connection. A fresh start for spring.
Join Brandi and Arrin for an insightful and connecting workshop for Womb and Menstraul Health
Who it’s for:
Women seeking a deeper connection to their cycle, experiencing
menstrual discomfort, or wanting to better understand how movement
and breath support reproductive health.
What to expect:
This is a more hands-on, exploratory session. You’ll learn specific
movements to support pelvic circulation, release tension, and build
awareness in the womb space. We’ll pair this with intentional
breathwork practices that support cycle regulation, pain
management, and hormonal alignment. Expect education, embodiment,
and open dialogue.
The benefit:
Gain a clearer understanding of your cycle, reduce discomfort, and
build a more supportive relationship with your body
month-to-month.
