This session advances the Yoga Mastery Journey through the
disciplined practice of Prana Kriya Yoga. Once
the body is steadied and the breath refined, the practitioner
begins to work more consciously with the
movement of energy.
Prana Kriya Yoga integrates movement, breath, primordial sound,
and focused attention in a structured
and methodical way. The purpose is not to pursue extraordinary
experiences or dramatic outcomes. It is
to cultivate sensitivity to how these elements influence awareness
and inner balance.
- Sanskrit: The Language of Yoga – Discover why Sanskrit is considered a “vibrational language” where the sound itself carries the energy and meaning of the word.
- Sound, Vibration, & Frequency – Gain a foundational understanding of how sound waves and physical vibrations interact with your body on a cellular level.
- Bhakti Yoga: The Path of Devotion – Immerse yourself in the “yoga of love,” using heart-centered practices to connect with your inner spirit.
- Nada Yoga: The Yoga of Sound – Learn the ancient metaphysical system that uses external and internal sounds to achieve deep states of meditation and unity.
- Vocal Confidence & Expression – Use vocal toning and chanting as accessible tools to build confidence and overcome barriers to self-expression.
- Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) Balancing – Work with specific mantric syllables designed to resonate with and awaken the energy centers of the body.
- Nervous System Regulation – Experience how rhythmic chanting and breath control can calm the mind, reduce stress, and balance your nervous system.
- Basic Mantra Chanting – Learn simple, powerful mantras you can take home to enhance your daily meditation and focus.
Somatic Breathwork offers a transformative journey toward healing and well-being by tapping into the innate wisdom of the body.
