infant feeding practices and support increase a mother's emotional
well-being. During this 75-minute workshop, Becky will present
evidence-based research on topics such as preventing any pain while
nursing, the importance of skin to skin contact, milk supply and
feeding cues. Whether you breastfeed or bottle feed, there will be
information and support just for you! We will also open up the
conversation to invite questions and concerns.
