
Join Tony Ciucci for a Feldenkrais Method® Workshop:
Exercises and Strategies to Eliminate Pain
During this workshop you will explore how to use the foam roller to support your skeleton, learn strategies to actively assist releasing tight muscles; the art of letting go, while breaking pain patterns. Tony will lead you through (ATM) Awareness thru Movement® lessons, and you will be introduced to roller exercises for the entire body. The function, importance and structure of fascia and connective tissue will be highlighted, and a detailed instruction book is included with fee.

Organic Flow is a Physical training method which seeks for the free and spontaneous movement through the development of the ability to play with others. A hybrid practic with roots in Yoga and Capoeira, the Organic Flow Method has a progressive strengthening program, which leads the participant to gain mobility, stability and strength in a fun way, without putting the integrity of the body at risk. The main objective of this practice is to produce health in the body-mind-spirit structure, prevent injuries and improve the psycho-physical performance of those who practice it.
A WORKSHOP FOR CHRONIC PAIN &
ILLNESS
This workshop does not require any particular body position - it
can be done lying down, sitting, shifting positions, standing, as
needed by participants. The intention is to have connection with
others, gain knowledge, and learn simple skills for working with
the body.
The workshop will address:
1) The emotional, mental, social challenges of living with chronic
pain/illness.
2) The latest research in pain science and psychology, looking at
neuroplasticity and what this means for both structural and neural
pathway pain - and how we can use this knowledge to work with our
bodies and minds.
3) Meditation and Somatic Tracking for Being with Pain
4) Time for Q & A and meeting fellow
participants.

Each class will combine safe, effective workouts with expert guidance tailored for postpartum recovery and overall well-being. Plus, enjoy guest speakers covering topics like infant development, postpartum wellness, and self-care. Come for the workout, stay for the support - because you and your baby deserve to thrive together!

About the Instructor
Traci DeLeo is the owner & founder of Moms on Fire Fitness. She is passionate about helping other moms create an active lifestyle, for years to come! Traci has spent the last 6+ years immersing herself in the health & fitness industry, and is an ACE-certified personal trainer, a certified group fitness instructor, an IBBFA certified barre instructor, and a fitness enthusiast. She teaches strength and fitness classes for moms - including mommy + me classes and toddler movement. Traci is a native of Cape Cod and lives with her husband and 3 kiddos in Sandwich.

Join Ayanna for a space for those who identify as Black Indigenous People of Color. The session will include collective healing, fostering belonging and releasing racial trauma in the body.
This will be a combination of sharing, listening, moving, breathing and restoring. Wear comfortable clothes and a journal.
