Reiki I (First Degree)
Focus: Self-healing & hands-on practice
Reiki I introduces the foundational principles of Reiki energy
healing. Students learn the history of Reiki, how it works, and how
to channel universal life force energy through their hands. The
training includes the first attunement, which opens the student’s
energy channels, allowing Reiki energy to flow more
freely.
Students practice hand placements for self-treatment and for giving
Reiki to others in person. The emphasis is on self-awareness,
grounding, and learning to sense and trust the energy flow.
Typical outcomes:
Greater relaxation, self-healing, energetic balance, and confidence
using Reiki on oneself, loved ones, and pets.
This workshop includes Holy Fire III Reiki I attunement certificates, the complete manual for Reiki I & II, “Reiki The Healing Touch” by William Rand.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time.
Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system.
Reiki II (Second Degree)
Focus: Distance healing & advanced
techniques
Reiki II deepens the student’s connection to Reiki energy and
expands their ability to use it with greater focus and intention.
Students receive the second attunement, which further raises their
energetic vibration and strengthens their healing
channel.
This level introduces the three sacred Reiki symbols—for power,
mental/emotional healing, and distance healing—and teaches how to
send Reiki across time and space.
Students practice using symbols during in-person and distant
sessions, as well as techniques for emotional and mental
balancing.
Typical outcomes: Enhanced intuition, stronger energy flow, the ability to send Reiki remotely, and deeper emotional healing capacity.
