The opportunity to witness a total solar eclipse in NE Ohio is a rare event that won’t happen for another 400 years! Join us for a full sensory experience, as we harness the energy of this powerful natural phenomenon and supercharge our consciousness with the power of Kundalini yoga.
Kundalini is known as ‘the yoga of awareness’ – a practice of transformation - which combines breathwork, sacred sounds (mantras), sacred gestures (mudras), and both dynamic and static movements which are all paired specifically to create desired outcomes. The goal is to generate and organize energy to deliver the practitioner to an elevated state by turning latent energy into kinetic energy – allowing individuals to reach new heights.
During this 2-hour workshop, we’ll delve into some of the history and traditions of kundalini yoga, what it means to be alive in the aquarian age, explore the energy surrounding eclipses and how we can tap into it all to help reach our highest potential. We will be moving through a full Kundalini practice (movement, mantra, meditation and breathwork) and finish with a gong sound bath to integrate the energy we’ve awakened within the ‘ten bodies’ (physical, mental, and energy). You won’t want to miss this unique experience!
