A guided Yoga Nidra journey combined with Reiki to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and inner clarity, and gentle integration.
This session gently guides the body into a state of conscious rest, helping the nervous system release tension and overwhelm. Through Yoga Nidra and Reiki energy healing, the practice supports grounding, energetic flow, and inner alignment — allowing the body and mind to soften without effort.

Lily Sokolov is a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Yoga Nidra and restorative practices. Her background in dynamic, strength-based yoga naturally evolved into a focus on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and heart-centered awareness.
She has completed advanced trainings in Yin Yoga, and her teaching style is grounded, calming, and accessible. For this Valentine’s Day Heart-Opening Reiki & Nidra Workshop, Lily will guide a gentle Yoga Nidra practice designed to support relaxation, emotional openness, and connection.
