During this class, you will create a luminous string art piece inspired by the Sun’s inner fire—a symbol of illumination and forward motion. While weaving each thread, you will be guided to set intentions for release, renewal, and alignment with the vibrant Fire Horse energies of the year ahead.

About Your Photographer:

A former teacher and forever student, swapped her running shoes for a yoga mat when she joined her first Hatha Yoga class in a gym.

Kelli is a 2018 graduate of Johns Creek Yoga’s 200 hour yoga teacher training and is on her way to earning a 500 hour teaching certificate.

Kelli has completed two levels of Bioenergetic Healing, an aura reading energy technique, learned from a Shamanic practitioner.

She teaches yoga locally and loves weaving breath work and meditation into classes.

She loves reading auras and showing people their strengths and how to work toward energetic balance.

You are invited to our 4th Spark of Light Movement.

The Spark of Light Movement is a movement that was created to bring more light into your life by giving you simple, practical tools that help you feel better in your daily life each month different practitioners come together and share their gifts through frequency sound vibration, education, and offering awareness of new modalities that support deeper healing and growth on an energetic & physical level.

Through group, intention, and desire, we create a safe space for participants to explore, learn, sense, feel, and discover different layers of their own selves.

By doing this in a collective container, we create more unity with one another and ultimately bring more light and peace to this earth.

Join us on January 11 from 2 to 5 PM at AUM Studio for wellness to become part of the movement.

This month we will have:

👐 @artofinsideout1 teaching us how to do self-fascia maneuvers to release dehydrated fascia (connective tissue) and how to move the fluid in your crystalline structure for increased flow and vitality.

🧠 @doctordaymaker will be speaking on the importance of healthy cognitive function, how to use proper supplements to support neuroplasticity and will provide tools to help you find balance when stressed.

🍏@drjoannafaith will share her insights into epigenetics, why healthy nutrition matters for longevity and will provide healthy snacks and a warm drink.

📸 @yogi.glow.getter will lead us through a chakra meditation to help us feel into our auric field and connect to the energy in our light bodies. She will also be offering aura photography for those who would like to go deeper into self discovery.

📝 @janabananafitness will lead us through an insightful journaling session with prompts for becoming intentional with our desires in this new year, and lead us through a breathwork exercise to embody our desires.
