Nurture your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy

Join Alexis for a 90-minute prenatal yoga experience designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to connect with your body and growing baby.

The first 60 minutes will guide you through a gentle, modified yoga flow tailored to meet the unique needs of pregnancy. You’ll learn practical modifications to use in other yoga classes or your daily routine—empowering you to stay active, comfortable, and centered.

We’ll close with 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation and breathwork to cultivate calm, support stress relief, and promote emotional well-being during this transformative time.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, supported, and more in tune with your breath, body, and inner wisdom.

All experience levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.
