April Showers! Flowing with the Water Element
Dive deep into the transformative power of water with this special Kundalini Yoga class. You will be guided through a kriya, breathwork, and a meditation designed to awaken the flow of energy within. Join us to replenish, renew, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of your body and mind, flowing with the energy of water.
FRIDAY - APRIL 17th - 9:00am-10:30am / $30
This event is being provided so parents can attend Kundalini Yoga while offering a creative outlet for their children to come to the center with them.
While parents enjoy some self-care time with Kundalini Yoga, Awaken Wholeness Center is offering a supervised creative Makerspace session on Saturday, April 18th from 10am-11am for children 5 and older.
Kids will be given an ample selection of random materials to use to create a personalized creation of their own imagination. This will be a great opportunity for kids to think creatively and to build their own thoughts into a tangible form.
Kids will be using hot glue guns to assemble their creations - with direct supervision, or an adult can assist if parent prefers or if needed.
Supplies included. Make and take home.
$10/child
Class size limit: 8
