Welcome to *Yoga Basics for Complete Beginners*, a welcoming and inclusive class designed for those who are looking to explore yoga! Whether you're completely new to yoga or simply looking to refresh your understanding of fundamental poses, this class is the perfect starting point for your journey.

In this four-class series, we’ll explore the foundational poses often associated with gentle and restorative yoga, allowing you to deepen your practice in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. David will guide you step-by-step through each pose, emphasizing your awareness to breath, movement, and mindfulness. You’ll have the opportunity to nerd out on the basics, understanding not only how to execute each pose but also the benefits they provide to your body and mind.

Come as you are—no prior experience or special gear required! We have everything you need! This is a space for growth, learning, and connection within our vibrant community. Share your progress with fellow beginners, ask questions, and build confidence as you step onto the mat.

As a special bonus, participants who complete all four classes will earn 1 free yoga credit, and everyone who joins will receive 50% off a two-week trial pass to continue their yoga journey with us!

This supportive environment encourages exploration and learning, making it ideal for those who may feel intimidated by more advanced flow or hot Vinyasa classes.
