Raga Nidra - Yoga Nidra with a Musical Twist (in the Yoga Dome)

Enjoy an extended practice of Yoga Nidra (non-sleep deep rest), followed by live music accompaniment featuring North Indian ragas on the Sarod, a 25 string lute instrument from India. 6 Week Beginner Yoga Series

Yoga is for all people and all bodies. Curious to join your first yoga class but wanting some beginners guidance? Done a little yoga and wondering how to make certain poses feel better in your body? Or—holding some questions you’ve never had the chance to ask? This Beginner Series is for you!
 
For six weeks on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm, June 16-July 21 (it’s ok to miss a week or two!), we’ll spend this hour-long class building a foundation that will support your future practice. We’ll move through a guided flow for part of class and will also take about 20 minutes each week to dig into some foundational poses— I will clarify alignment, and this will be a time for you to ask questions and experiment with props so you can find both stability and ease in many key postures.
 
This is a pay-ahead series and it will officially run when we have 5 students signed up! You pay for 6 classes (there are 7 scheduled.) We know summers are busy so we built in one missed day. If you can come to all 7, you can buy a single drop in for the 7th class.

Restorative Yoga with Massage in the Dome

Step into a deeply soothing evening designed just for you inside the serene yoga dome. This intimate two-hour experience blends gentle movement, restorative stillness, and hands-on healing to melt away tension and reset your entire system.

We’ll begin with a slow, mindful yoga sequence to awaken the body and prepare your muscles for deeper release. From there, you’ll be guided into fully supported restorative postures using belts, bolsters, and soft blankets, inviting your body to soften, unwind, and let go.

As you settle into stillness, Kerry and Alex will offer massage and bodywork, helping you sink even further into relaxation and ease.

Join us for this workshop and leave restored, grounded, and renewed.
