In this workshop, you’ll explore a variety of yoga practices designed to support the entire back—gently, mindfully, and effectively. You’ll learn techniques to build and maintain flexibility, strength, and mobility, along with soothing practices to help ease discomfort and encourage healing when pain arises. Open to all levels, this session includes a blend of gentle yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, each student will leave with a handout of practical tools to support the spine and your overall well-being—both on and off the mat.
