WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Originally, it was founded in the 1990s by German Psycho-Analyst Bert Hellinger. He worked WITH the Zulu tribe as a missionary for more than a decade. He went back to Germany and combined much of what he learned from the Zulu tribe WITH many western therapies to create Family Constellations.
In today’s Constellations sessions, you can bring in anything that you would to a therapy session or a life coaching session. You choose other people in the group to represent your family members, emotions, illnesses, or anything else that might be relevant to your constellation. Your Constellations Facilitator will guide you through this entire process.
Like no other healing modality, it allows us to explore and uncover hidden dynamics that we are most likely not aware we are carrying for the most cathartic and powerful healing experience ever.

WHAT OTHER HUMANS ARE SAYING
“Working WITH Kyla is like being wrapped in a warm, secure, beautiful cocoon. You are making quantum leap jumps. I highly recommend working WITH Kyla. You will not be disappointed. You will be blown away.” -L'Shawn Howard, Mental Fitness Facilitator and Positive Intelligence Coach
“After doing just one constellation around money, I was able to start talking about money for the first time. My business partner who is male-identifying, used to do all of the negotiations for our business, now I do them. I was able to do one with a silicon valley company and invest in high-end Chinese tea from China as well. Everyone needs to know about this work and Kyla.” -Yshel Lok, Co-Founder, Fabula Tea
“I went in knowing it would be amazing, but honestly wasn't expecting such a profound shift in such a short amount of time. I felt like I had received a whole coaching package and 5 years of therapy from our one session. I have been working with the insights and messages that came through the session for the last week and I've seen magical shifts and openings all over the place since then. Thank you so much Kyla, for your generous gift, and for being such a generous, brilliant, loving healer and magic-maker in the world!” Lily Williams, Founder, Open Space Design and On Purpose Coaching
“Kyla is amazing. I've attended several of her workshops/sessions and it's been deeply thought provoking and healing. Thank you, Kyla, for the amazing work you do, and the blessing you are to our community!” -Alice Chen, Founder, BrightStory™ College Admission Consulting

Purple Light Sound Healing Experience at Behavioral Fitness by Jenny Umali
Join Purple Light Healing and Coaching for a transformative Sound Bath Healing Experience designed to restore balance, release stress, and bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
A sound bath is a deeply meditative practice where participants are immersed in sound waves created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. These frequencies interact with your body’s energy field, realigning and harmonizing your inner state.
How It Works:
- Vibrational Healing: Every organ, cell, and chakra has its own frequency. Stress can throw these frequencies off balance. Sound waves help restore harmony, bringing you back into alignment.
- Brainwave Entrainment: Shifting brainwaves from active Beta (thinking, stress) to deeper states like Alpha, Theta, and Delta encourages relaxation, creativity, and even cellular healing.
- Energy Clearing: Sound vibrations move through your energy field, releasing blocked or stagnant energy.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, spiritual connection, or simply a moment of peace, this experience will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed.
Join us in making a difference—for yourself and your energy.
At Behavioral Fitness, we believe well-being grows when we create space for both movement and rest.
