Postpartum Essentials
Jun 3, 2026 - Jun 3, 2026

Postpartum Essentials is designed to prepare you for one of the most important—and often least discussed—seasons of early parenthood. This workshop supports a smoother transition into life with your newborn by equipping you with practical tools for physical recovery, including padsicles, sitz baths, nipple and breast care, abdominal support, and foundational nutrition for healing.

Just as importantly, we address the emotional and mental aspects of the postpartum period, helping you understand what’s normal, when to seek support, and how to prioritize your well-being during the fourth trimester. This comprehensive class covers the information every new parent needs—along with the questions you may not yet know to ask—so you can feel confident, informed, and supported.

Taken before your baby arrives, Postpartum Essentials allows you to enter the postpartum period prepared, so your energy can be devoted to healing, resting, and bonding with your baby.

$80 per reservation for each pregnant parent and partner. Partners are strongly encouraged to join! Pre-registration required. Minimum registration required for workshop to run.
