Our monthly moon gatherings will focus on renewal and regeneration. On turning inward, setting intentions, and putting our dreams in motion.

This event is a blend of reiki energy healing with Natalie Colvin and breathwork with Avery Dawn to awaken and balance the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies; align our main energetic centers; and support the transition from winter to spring.
The transition from the darker slower winter months to the rebirth of spring brings with it renewal, and awakening, mirroring nature's emergence from dormancy into growth, representing new beginnings, hope, and the shedding of past limitations for personal transformation, growth, and a fresh start. This threshold is not about forcing growth, but about listening closely to what is ready to awaken.
Natalie's reiki practice is a quiet permission we give the body and soul to remember its own healing intelligence, like a river finding its way back to the sea. It doesn’t argue with pain or demand enlightenment; it simply listens with patience, curiosity, and a surprising amount of compassion. In that listening, something softens, something shifts, and we are reminded that wholeness has been waiting for us all along.
Rooted in trauma-informed care, Avery's breathwork spaces offer a grounded, supportive experience of self-connection. Each session invites presence, safety, and a gentle remembering of your own inner wisdom. Through intentional breath and embodied awareness this practice supports resilience and the ability to return to oneself amidst change. Breath becomes a steady anchor as we learn to move with life’s natural rhythms rather than resist them.
