Join Heather for a 90 minute class designed to unlock the body and unwind the mind. The first 45 minutes of class will be a slow hip opening sequence. You can expect some gentle movements and a very slow flow, as well as more restorative longer-held supported poses. Reducing tension in the physical body helps us have more productive rest. We will then finish with a 45 mintue Yoga Nidra Meditation. This is a blissful guided meditation also called “Sleep Yoga.” All you have to do is lie there and listen. This practice of awareness puts you into a liminal state somewhere between awake and asleep. In this space, we have potential to heal and restore.
Join Wendy Schmitt on the Winter Solstice for an evening of rest and renewal. Guided ritual, mindful breath, and immersive sound open space to slow down and reconnect with your inner light — honoring the turning of the season and the quiet promise of new beginnings.
