At Samsara Energy & Wellness Center, in our library, we invite you to embark on a sensory journey into the ancient wisdom of tea and Qi. In this immersive class, guided by Dr. Alex Saalves, Dr. of Chineese Medicine, acupuncturist and herbalist He will explore how the vital life force (Qi)flows through the body and how specific teas can enhance energy, balance emotions, and promote healing. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), herbal energetics, and mindful tea rituals, this session will introduce the profound Qi-enhancing properties of adaptogenic, detoxifying, and harmonizing teas. Whether you seek calm and grounding, clarity and focus, or deep nourishment, you will learn how to integrate intentional tea drinking into your wellness practice. Sip on herbal blends accompanied with a high frequency herbal scone while exploring their subtle effects on energy flow, mood, and overall well-being. Through hands-on tea tasting and learning more about the meridian alignments within our body, this class will offer a deeply restorative experience that connects body, mind, and spirit
