Private Cello & Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing Session
Each private session is a deeply personalized journey designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and inner alignment.
We begin with a gentle Reiki-inspired opening, incorporating energy clearing techniques influenced by Donna Eden’s work. This helps to release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body to receive healing.
From there, Tibetan singing bowls are intuitively placed and played on or around the body, focusing on key meridian points. The tones and vibrations help to identify and soften areas of energetic blockage, encouraging flow and harmony throughout the system.
The session then transitions into live cello sound healing, where the rich, resonant tones of the cello are played near the body. These vibrations wash over you, supporting full-body relaxation, emotional release, and a deep sense of grounding and peace.
Each experience is uniquely tailored to your individual needs, allowing space for whatever your body and energy are ready to receive in the moment.
