This 5-week program will cover all-things
kettlebell! Our entire workout will use the bells and we'll move
through five 2-week “blocks”, each emphasizing a different
kettlebell skill. Expect a range of movements, from bent-presses to
turkish-get-ups! We'll follow-up our skill movement with a variety
of strength/endurance work for a well-rounded workout.
