Join us at the threshold of the Spring Equinox to bring the body and breath into harmony while creating space for fresh intentions.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the power of feminine energy in the physical and subtle body through calming breathwork, pelvic floor awareness practices, meditation, and gentle and restorative yoga. We’ll access qualities of the Feminine such as clarity, intuition, and creativity.
This offering will gently support the body, breath, and nervous system as we transition into the energy of Spring.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat but the studio has mats, blankets, bolsters & chairs for your use. It is recommended that you wear comfortable, loosely fitted clothing.
