This 3-hour immersive workshop is designed to help you reconnect
with your body, regulate your nervous system, and access a deeper
sense of clarity, calm, and inner stability.
Most of us move through life in a constant state of low-grade stress—thinking our way through challenges, while the body remains activated underneath. Over time, this creates patterns of tension, fatigue, anxiety, inflammation, and disconnection that can be difficult to shift through mindset alone.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to work with your body, the heart, and nervous system—rather than against it.
Blending breathwork, somatic (body-based) practices, and heart coherence techniques, this experience offers both practical tools and a powerful guided journey to support real, felt change.

This 2-hour masterclass is designed to help you understand how sound actually works, how to work with singing bowls intentionally, and how to create a deeper, more effective experience — whether for yourself or for others.
This is not just for sound healers.
It’s for anyone who feels called to explore sound in a more grounded, practical, and connected way.
Who This Is For
• Sound practitioners wanting a clearer understanding of frequency and tuning
• Individuals interested in practicing at home or with others
• Those curious about how to use singing bowls effectively
• Anyone wanting to deepen their connection to sound and the body
No experience required.
What You Will Learn
This is a hands-on, practical session focused on clarity and application.
You will learn:
• How to identify and understand the frequency of your singing bowls
• What frequencies to work with — and when to introduce or reduce certain tones
• How sound supports nervous system regulation and deep reset
• How to use even one bowl effectively
• How to structure a simple, meaningful sound session
You will also receive a take-home frequency guide to support your continued practice.
Your Bowls
You are encouraged to bring your own bowls:
• Have bowls → learn how to work with them properly
• One bowl → more than enough
• No bowls → still fully welcome
There will also be an opportunity to work with larger Tibetan bowls and experience how sound interacts directly with the body.
