This six-week Qigong journey led by Zac Koop that explores balance, vitality, and emotional harmony through the timeless wisdom of the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each element reflects a natural energy within the body and mind, connected to specific organs, movements, and emotions. Participants will learn accessible Qigong forms, breathwork, and meditations to release stagnation, cultivate inner peace, and restore energetic flow.
Objectives
- Establish foundational Qigong principles for standing, breathing, and Qi cultivation.
- Release emotional blockages by working with the Five Element correspondences.
- Develop inner stability and vitality through mindful movement.
- Integrate self-healing tools that support long-term wellbeing.
- Learn useful acupressure points and self-massage techniques
Weekly Structure
Each session includes beginning meditation, opening, loosening, and activating forms, the primary 5 element series, and closing movements and self-healing practices (tap, massage, pressure-point etc.
Week 1: Standing and Qi Cultivation Foundations
- Learn alignment, posture, and energy awareness through standing meditation
- Practice grounding breath and connecting with the lower dantian (energy center).
- Understand basic energy flow and relaxation through stillness.
Week 2: Wood – Growth and Direction
- Associated organs: Liver and Gallbladder.
- Imbalanced emotions: Anger, frustration, resentment,
rigidity.
Week 3: Fire – Joy and Connection
- Associated organs: Heart and Small Intestine.
- Imbalanced emotions: Restlessness, overexcitement, impatience,
scattered energy.
Week 4: Earth – Stability and Nourishment
- Associated organs: Spleen and Stomach.
- Imbalanced emotions: Worry, overthinking, obsession,
anxiousness.
Week 5: Metal – Clarity and Letting Go
- Associated organs: Lungs and Large Intestine.
- Imbalanced emotions: Grief, sadness, and difficulty releasing
the past.
Week 6: Water – Stillness and Wisdom
- Associated organs: Kidneys and Bladder.
- Imbalanced emotions: Fear, insecurity, anxiety, willpower depletion.

Outcome
By the end of this series, participants will have built a
foundational Qigong practice rooted in the wisdom of the Five
Elements. They’ll understand how emotional and energetic balance
can be cultivated through mindful movement, leading to greater
vitality, clarity, and calm.

Reiki practitioner, Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, and Human Design guide, Sarah offers grounded, accessible insight into energetic patterns and alignment, helping people understand how their unique design supports clarity, ease, and sustainable movement forward.
