Ground + Connect: Morning Reflection in the
Forest
at Squamish Canyon
Ready to experience nature in a completely new way?
This guided forest immersion is designed to help you slow down, reset, and arrive fully—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Set within the powerful landscape of Squamish Canyon, this experience blends gentle movement, breath awareness and breathwork techniques, mindfulness, sensory connection, and reflective coaching prompts to help calm the nervous system, clear mental overload, and deepen your connection to both yourself and the natural world.
Whether you are completely new to forest bathing or someone who already feels connected to nature, this session offers an opportunity to experience the forest with greater presence, awareness, and intention.
Throughout the experience, Loretta will guide participants through grounding practices and optional self-reflection prompts designed to create clarity, insight, and meaningful personal connection.
You’ll leave feeling more centred, connected, and renewed—with practical tools to help bring more calm, focus, and coherence into daily life.
We recommend bringing:
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Water and weather-appropriate layers
- An open mind and willingness to slow down
This is more than a walk in the forest.
It is an opportunity to reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and
with what matters most.
