This class is perfect for kids who are newer to aerial or still building comfort and confidence in the hammock. Through playful movement, imaginative sequences, and skill-building games, students will explore basic poses, supported inversions, climbing techniques, and simple transitions in the air.

Aerial Flyers builds on foundational aerial technique and introduces more complex shapes, sequences, drops, and transitions—all while encouraging personal expression, creativity, and flow.
Students in this class will get comfortable in the air and ready to refine their strength, coordination, and aerial control. We’ll explore spinning entries, choreography, and sequencing with a strong focus on safety, spotting, and mindful movement.
