Equine-Guided Meditation Series: Journey to Mindfulness
Overview:
Join us for a transformative series of equine-guided meditation sessions designed to deepen your mindfulness practice, reduce stress, and connect with the healing presence of horses. Held over three months, each 60-minute session will build on the previous one, offering a holistic journey towards inner peace and well-being. Open to men and women, as well as children over the age of 12 if accompanied by a participating adult. Participants can choose to attend one or all sessions in the series.
Logistics:
- Location: Beech Grove Farm, Gambrills MD
- All sessions start at 9:00 am and are 60-min in length
- Drop-in session rate is $50, package of 3 sessions is $120 (savings of $10 per session)
Session Dates:
- Aug 31, 2024 - Session 1: Grounding and Connection
- Sep 28, 2024 - Session 2: Deepening Mindfulness
- Oct 19, 2024 - Session 3: Integration and Reflection
Each 60-min session includes:
- Introduction and mindfulness topic discussion
- Equine guided meditation and interaction
- Gratitude circle and discussion

Please be advised that this event is held on a working farm, outdoors, and in nature. In addition to horses, there are dogs who live on the property (friendly), as well as other animals in their natural enviroment. Bathroom facilities are limited to a very clean, outdoor port-o-potty.
