In this six-week series, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into any of the six essential pillars of recovery and wellbeing: mindfulness, compassion, intention, authenticity, connection, and joy. Join us for as many or as few of these sessions as you like!

Each week, we’ll explore why these pillars matter, how they support healing and growth, and practical ways to weave them into daily life. Sessions will include guided practices, reflection, group activities, and opportunities to apply what you learn afterwards.

By the end of each workshop, you’ll walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding of how to sustain recovery and wellness.
