This training provides new instructors with the foundational skills to safely guide beginner-level aerial yoga classes. Trainees will learn safety protocols, teaching methodology, sequencing principles, and the professional essentials required to deliver effective, inclusive, and inspiring aerial yoga experiences.

Pre-req: You must be either an RYT200 or a certified group fitness instructor through a nationally accredited organization.

Registered Yoga Teachers will recieve 20 CECs from Yoga Alliance.
