Join this small group sound healing session at my office. We will begin by pouring a lovely cup of hot tea followed by breath work and meditation. After which we will enjoy a 40 minute sound healing session. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and if you have any blankets or pillows that you would like to bring for your comfort I encourage you to bring them. I will have a mat, bolster, blanket, tea cups, and a selection of tea for each person.
