Join this small group sound healing session at my office in Heber City. This is an introduction to cacao and not a cacao ceremony. We will begin by talking about the benefits of cacao, what cacao is, and how it is used in ceremony. We will then enjoy a sample pour of cacao (this is not a ceremonial dose, but a taste of cacao) followed by breath work and meditation. After which we will enjoy a 40 minute sound healing session. This is an invitation to try cacao and hopefully to attend a more indepth ceremony in the future! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and if you have any blankets or pillows that you would like to bring for your comfort I encourage you to bring them. I will have a mat, bolster, and blanket for each participant.
