Join the Empower community for a special Spring Equinox Workshop honoring the return of light, balance, and renewal after the darker months of winter. This immersive experience invites you to align your yoga practice with the natural, cyclical rhythms of the Earth, using movement, meditation, and community to mark the seasonal shift.
Through reflection on the Equinox, a moment of equal light and darkness as we explore how balance in nature can support balance within ourselves. Spring reminds us that prāṇa, fire, and creative energy are required to awaken new life from winter’s stillness. In response, we’ll engage in a Yoga Mālā, a powerful moving meditation of 108 Sun Salutations woven together with mantra recitation.
Throughout the practice, variations and modifications will be offered to support all bodies and experience levels, allowing each participant to move at their own pace while cultivating their own personal creative fire.
The workshop concludes with an Empower community mixer, featuring locally sourced snacks and refreshments, live music, and time to connect, reflect, and celebrate the season together.
